Carolina Beach Fishing Charter Reports

Fall fishing is here the cooler night time temperatures,are putting the red drum in the feeding mode,yesterday fishing was hot with lot’s of fish caught in the 16″ to 17″ size,all were released,with a number of red drum in the 22″ to 24″ slot size.

Cape Fear Guide is reporting  fishing action along the lower Cape Fear River is happening now,the bite is steadily improving with the cooler than normal  temperatures.
This past week we had several weather fronts to pass through the Cape Fear Region causing the bite to be slowed, but that’s part of fishing.Red Drum,flounder,speckle trout,are being caught in the smaller creeks just off the river.
